Middle of Summer

No captions.  Imagine, middle of summer fun and you've got it.  :)

The point is that I'm playing catch up.

I'm trying Mom!

Ahhhh, blogging.  Why doesn't it just happen?  Like, while I sleep.  Wouldn't that be handy?

Instead, my phone is full of pictures.  And I DO share them on Instagram.  Too bad my mom isn't on Instagram.  I adore Instagram (a trillion times more than Facebook) but I do feel like it's responsible for the slow death of my blog.  But I'm trying.  I am.  I just currently have about two hundred balls in the air and I'm not sure how good of a juggler I am!

In the spirit of efficiency, I'm not captioning these.  Just think, "End of Summer 2013," and you've got it.  :)

iPhone Catch Up

I know that I'm a TERRIBLE blogger lately but honestly... There is NO time.  Mike works long, late hours and there is just always something more pressing than blogging.  But I love, love, LOVE having things documented so I'm embracing this season of my life (aka: insanity) and just going with it.

And dumping pics off my phone every chance I get.  :)
Sweet Griffin is almost 4 months old (tomorrow!).  He's the happiest of our babies, the biggest of our babies, and the WORST SLEEPER of all our babies.

I love them.  They entertained him while I finishing filling some orders.

My heart just about explodes at least once a day.  Grayson loves his brother and his soft spirit is almost too much to handle.  He is constantly reaching for his hand, kissing his head, and checking to make sure he has a paci or blankie.  The skinny age gap between the two of them can be as nerve-wracking as it is wonderful (well, maybe more wonderful than nerve-wracking!).

I went to put Finn down for a nap and forgot to put away the instruments.  Little man had a one man band!

At least once a day, I look around and think, "Holy cow.  THEY ARE ALL OURS!"  I wonder when I'll stop doing that.  Ha!

Truly, the happiest baby ever.

We cut, paint, and glue the day away.  He loves to have special activities.

He's a great napper!  He's got THAT going for him!

The biggest and the tiniest.

He's my main accessory and I cherish every moment because I know it's fleeting.

We had so much fun and mama learned the importance of SUNSCREEN with my pale babes!

Sweet, sweet brothers.

He's not rolling yet and it's probably because he HAS so many rolls!

I found out I was pregnant with this bundle almost exactly a year ago.  I was filled with SO much fear and now I literally can not imagine my life without this chunk.

He warms my heart in a way that I never even knew was possible.

And, he has the best expressions EVER.

Grayson likes to play Sissy's games.  :)

The world's greatest dad made Fairy Fizz with Maddie, after reading about it in her chapter book.

Boys only play date!

Special Person's Day at school!

Oh my Gray.  I love this boy more every single day, tantrums and all.

With Mike working Saturdays, I have to load all three little monsters up for gymnastics.  It makes me want to pull every last strand of my hair out but Maddie loves it.  Grayson?  Not so much.  :)

These faces.  <3 p="">
BFFs.  I love listening to their conversations.  Mike says that Maddie is a Mini-Jill and Emma is a Mini-Jenny.  I imagine that in a few short years, they'll be texting each other non-stop, too.

There's something about the last baby.  You want him to stay a baby.  I'm in no rush.  No rush to feed him solids, no rush to see him roll, no rush, no rush.  I just want to freeze time, wrap it up, and save it forever.

Someone played a little too hard and ended up falling asleep on the fireplace!

During Finn's morning nap, I say to Grayson, "What do you want to do?"  Possible answers include playing outside, watching a show, or having a snack.  But, the most POPULAR answer is, "Bake a cookie."  So we bake.  A lot.

Maddie and Emma at a Daisy event.

Our man had to travel for work and my GOODNESS, were there squeals of joy when he came home!  They just about broke their necks, running to meet him at the airport!

Oh my goodness, what mischief will these two get into?!  I have a feeling it'll be a lot.  :)
