Award Ceremony!

Oh my goodness, we were SO proud and SO excited when we found out that Maddie had been selected to win an award at the first award ceremony of the year!

She did not know she was receiving one (or that we would be there!) so it was a BIG surprise!

Grayson quickly lost interest in the ceremony but enjoyed the library computers!

The kindergarten recipients!  Maddie's award was for amazing manners.  :)

Maddie's First Field Trip!

Maddie was THRILLED to go on her first field trip this month!  They got to the farm and she loved every second (even the bus ride).

She is absolutely loving school and we are so, SO proud of her.  Reading is just clicking and I'm amazed when she picks up a book and reads to me.  We love her teacher so much and Maddie has already started hinting that she would like to NOT go to first grade in the Fall.  Ha!
